In private sessions, you work directly with veteran coaches like Jerome Jansen. Jerome brings 15 years of boxing experience and a background in varsity wrestling coaching to every lesson. We focus on the details of your technique and agility. If you're here for the workout, our "Fighting for Fitness" philosophy applies: you hit the bags, but no one hits you back. It's a safe, disciplined environment built for getting fit and relieving stress.

Simple Online Scheduling
Booking Your Sessions
We keep our scheduling simple. Private lessons are booked in 30-minute blocks, and you can reserve back-to-back sessions for a full hour of training. To keep our coaches on the floor instead of doing paperwork, all sessions must be booked online in advance. Please note that availability is limited so we can maintain the high quality of our coaching.

Rates and Options
Clear Pricing for Individuals and Groups
We offer straightforward pricing for individuals and small groups. A 30-minute session for one person is $50. If you want to train with a friend, it’s $70 for two people. For larger groups, it’s $90 for three people and $100 for four. It's a great way to bring a teammate along while still getting the dedicated attention you need.
