Rooted in Championship Experience
My wrestling career started back in middle school and eventually led me back to Sun Prairie High School, where I coached the varsity team for nine years. Between that and my 15 years in boxing, including two Golden Gloves runner-up titles, I have seen firsthand how athletic discipline builds character. While I am proud of what I have accomplished on the mat and in the ring, the real reward is seeing our members gain confidence and self-worth. My goal is to make sure everyone who walks through our doors leaves feeling stronger and more capable.

Our coaching team brings a level of expertise you can only get from years of high-level competition. Coach Edwin Bonayon is a Marine Corps veteran and professional MMA fighter, and Coach Adam Zimmerman is a regional champion and seasoned state-level coach. They provide instruction that is direct and easy to follow. Whether you are part of our USA Wrestling youth club or our high-intensity adult classes, you are learning from people who have actually competed at the highest levels of their sports.

Pro Skills Without the Sparring
The Fighting for Fitness Approach
We offer a unique gym experience where you get the workout of a fighter without the risk of getting hit back. Our focus is on the fundamentals of boxing and wrestling to build your endurance, strength, and agility, but we leave out the sparring. It is a station-based training program designed to help you blow off steam and improve your fitness in a supportive environment. We are dedicated to your personal growth and making sure you feel better every time you leave the gym.

The Adult Boxing Experience
High-Intensity Stations and Individual Coaching
Our adult classes use high-intensity circuit stations to keep you moving. You will rotate through bag drills and cardio bursts before finishing with a focused cool down. What really sets us apart is the personal attention. Every class includes a 1-on-1 session with the instructor, so you are not just hitting a bag—you are learning the craft.
The highlight of the circuit? Getting to punch the instructor.
Wrestling for Every Level
From Youth Club to Collegiate Prep
Our wrestling programs are built on technique and mental toughness. We are affiliated with USA Wrestling and offer paths for everyone from K-8th graders in our Club Team to high school and college athletes. To make sure everyone gets the coaching they need, we cap sessions at 20 people. It is the best way to develop the agility and skill required for high-level performance.
I am proud of the wins on the mat, but I am even prouder of the people our wrestlers become outside the gym.
Joining the Community
Simple Guidelines for Your First Class
Starting out is easy. If it is your first time, we will lend you wraps and gloves for the session. To keep our mats clean and safe, we have a strict no street shoes policy—just wear clean gym shoes or go barefoot. We like to spend our time coaching rather than doing paperwork, so please use our online system to book your classes.
My goal is simple: I want everyone who walks through these doors to leave with more confidence and self-worth than they had when they arrived.
