What the Class Looks Like
A High-Energy Circuit That Works
Our group classes are fast-paced circuits designed to hit every muscle group while building your endurance and agility. You will move through different stations, rotating between heavy bag work, technical drills, and high-intensity movement. We limit classes to 15 people so you get the coaching you need to get your form right. Every session ends with a final cardio push and a dedicated stretch to help you recover.

All the Power, None of the Risk
Walking into a combat sports gym can feel a little intense, but we focus on keeping things safe and approachable. The rule here is simple: you do the hitting, and no one hits you back. You get the stress relief and the confidence boost of boxing without the risk of getting hurt. We even have a circuit station where you can safely punch the instructor to practice your technique on a moving target.

These classes are for everyone, from total beginners to seasoned athletes looking for a new challenge. We welcome adults and teens ages 11 and up. You will train under expert coaches like Jerome Jansen, a two-time Golden Gloves runner-up, in a community that actually supports your goals. Jerome's mission is to help you build strength and self-esteem that carries over into your life outside the gym.

How to Get Started
Easy to Join and Get Started
Joining a session is easy and affordable at just $15 per class. We use online registration to keep things simple, which lets our coaches focus on training you instead of doing paperwork. If you are new, we provide the wraps and gloves for your first session so you can try it out before buying your own. All we ask is that you help us keep the mats clean by not wearing street shoes during training.
