What to Expect in Class
A Real Workout for Real Results
Our adult boxing classes are the heart of everything we do at JJ’s. We use a high-energy circuit with different stations designed to help you build muscle while significantly boosting your stamina and agility. Every class takes you through heavy bag work, technical drills, and a dedicated cardio block, followed by a full cool-down and stretch. We keep these sessions limited to 15 people so that everyone gets the attention they need to train safely and effectively.

We follow a 'Fighting for Fitness' approach that lets you enjoy the rush of landing punches, including on our instructors, which is one of our most popular activities, without ever worrying about getting hit yourself. It makes our gym a great place for everyone from five-year-olds to adults looking for a serious way to blow off steam.

I have spent more than 15 years in the boxing world, including competing in the Golden Gloves. My goal is to take that experience and use it to help everyone who walks through our doors reach their potential. Whether you are sharpening your footwork or learning how to throw your very first jab, we provide a supportive space where you can build real pride and confidence. For those ready to take things to the next level, we also offer a competitive Boxing Club and private lessons to help you master the finer details of the sport.
